Dorset Digital Inclusion Toolkit
Launch of the Dorset Digital Inclusion Toolkit
This is a practical resource to help people connect, access services, and thrive in a digital world. Launched by the Population Health Management and Health Inequalities Team, in collaboration with Dorset Action on Safety and Health, the Dorset Digital Inclusion Toolkit has been developed for professionals, volunteers, community organisations, and partner agencies. The toolkit supports people to access digital services, build confidence online, and overcome barriers to digital participation.
The toolkit forms part of Dorset ICB’s commitment to ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of Dorset’s diverse communities. Many people across Dorset face barriers to accessing and using digital services, which can contribute to inequalities in health, wellbeing, and access to support.
About the Toolkit
The Dorset Digital Inclusion Toolkit helps those supporting others to provide effective assistance with everyday digital tasks, including:
- Accessing healthcare services, including the NHS App
- Applying for benefits and financial support
- Searching and applying for jobs
